I realize the virus has caught companies by surprise and we need patience however mine is dwindling. I had to place an order on line not realizing I could have gone to the store. (which thankfully I did after finding out the products didn't arrive when promised) Needing one product for a client but figured I would order a few more things. That was May 10th. It's June 2nd. They promise next day delivery. I have part of the order. UPS said I refused it so it's back at the wearhouse. Cosmoprof says I have it. 18 emails and over 15 attempts to call. From busy to a phone menu that takes you nowhere. Tried numerous numbers. Nothing. I've now reached out to a district manager via LinkedIn. Waiting to hear back. The funny thing is the one product I needed, they didn't ship because it's back ordered😖
