This watch is garbage. I purchased one for each of my two children, and both have been nothing but trouble. They constantly lose connection and require multiple resets just to function again. The tracking feature is especially bad and it fails to update more than 50% of the time. What’s the point of a tracking watch if the tracking doesn’t work?
I tried reaching out to customer service, hoping for some help. Instead, I got a recorded message saying their employees were off for a holiday on 1/24. I’m not sure what holiday that’s supposed to be, but okay. I called again on 1/25 and received the same message. No live support, no help, nothing.
I genuinely don’t understand how this product has so many positive reviews. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend steering clear. I’ll be taking full advantage of their 30-day return policy.
