They are cheap, but the transfer was not without issues. I made a mistake in the email address I gave them, so I changed it in the account. That resulted in my not being able to log in with either the old or the new email address. After exchanging a dozen emails, they had me create a new account using the new email and transferred the domain name from the old account. But now there's a flag on the domain name and they don't know what that is about. The "engineering" department is working on it. There were also some issues with the format of phone numbers. As many times as I would enter it correctly in the main contact, an error would happen in one of the others. Seems their tool does not copy it correctly when you say they are all the same as the main contact. Once you figure that out, you can manually type it into all four contacts and it works. Clearly this is a new company with new company problems. We'll see if the prices remain low. There's a reason why prices are what they are. It's not often a new guy can come in at a low price and stay that way.It has now been a week and I have heard nothing back about the error flag on my domain name. Seems their engineering department is either swamped with issues or simply not able to fix their own software. I've lowered my rating to one star. I'm certainly not going to transfer any of the other two dozen domain names I host. These guys seem to be too green to even be properly functional.
