I am quite disappointed and mad about the late and unresponsive customer services from COSRX. I have ordered the product on 17 Sept 2020, but till now (25 Oct 2020), I still have not received the products. Although they sent me an update email apologizing for the delay and allowed me to choose either to refund or upgrade to free delivery, no reply was addressed by them. I tried to contact them via email and Facebook messenger, they did not reply to both inquiries. I still did not know when my products would arrive
