Poor Poor Poor, Pobre Pobre Pobre. We have already done cruises before with some OTHER COMPANIES and we loved the experience. Unfortunately, COSTA PACIFICA DID NOT PASS THE BASIC TEST! First of all, the ship itself is average - the beautiful pics on the webside had little to do with the ship itself. The offer for kids and adults (apart from the trips in each port that you need to pay separate - for example for a trip in Marseille we would have to pay more than €200 per person) was really poor. Nothing interesting at all. Second of all, the food was just DREADFUL. During the 6-day-trip we did not see a banana, avocado, forest fruit even once - while on other ships it's a stantard!! Everyday we were offered the SAME FOOD - mini pizzas with barely a scoop of tomato sauce on it, vegetable lasaña for this company means plain pasta and bechamel sauce WITHOUR ONE PIECE OF VEGETABLE IN IT, instant coffee and so on. Every single meal based on FLOUR FLOUR FLOUR. So sad! VERY DISSAPOINTING! NO VARIETY WHAT SO EVER! We couln´t wait to leave the ship to eat a normal food - sth that never happened while booking with other companies! If you have KIDS - no chance for pasta with tomato sauce, nuggets, ... Forget you will enjoy the italian/international food there. If you are vegetarian/vegan stay away from the ship or you won´t eat during your cruise trip. With the number of cruises on the Mediterranean Sea go for sth better. Poor opinions given by other passengers are fully justified. NEVER AGAIN!!!
