Costco Travel didn’t inform us about flight departures time change, they blamed it on the airlines even though they are the ones who should have informed us about the change, got to the airport at 5:30 am to find out flight is not departing until 10:30. Horrible experience, customer support not helpful, they did not take any accountability for it. The airline had sent them an email about the change, the day before, but they did not bother to let us know. They like the money but they don’t care about the customer’s experience
