The Basketball Jellycat was so fake. It came with no tags or anything and the quality was so boring. Ask for refund as soon as received it, but company very smart they kept saying they will ask the warehouse to send correct item, but it never came. But refund was not even an option. Please avoid at all cost as dealing with them is wasting time and money
