I ordered a sweatshirt in the largest size available. It took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was not oversized. It might fit someone with a UK size 10, but it’s nowhere close to fitting me. I contacted customer service and received a sarcastic response asking if I had ordered incorrectly. Very disappointed.
