I contacted Cosy through Instagram, guy came out and gave a run through of whats done, and I signed up on the day. The lads came about a month later and did the insultation no problem. About 2 weeks later a chap came to do the BER no issues. The day after the BER guy came I got a call from Sinead in the office asking whether I received a form from the SEAI, which I hadn't. She asked whether I could chase this up for them. I said, well its not really up to me to chase it as all of the grant side of things was meant to be done by Cosy. She got really short on the phone and said "fine I will take care of it" and then hung up. Poor customer service, poor attitude.
