Typically, the service is satisfactory, especially for breakfast. However, my visit to a location for Christmas Day dinner was a letdown (costing nearly £90). While the staff was friendly, the food was dreadful—definitely the worst Christmas dinner I've ever had. The starter, a goat’s cheese and beetroot dish, looked unappetizing, reminiscent of baby food or something a pet might reject. The taste matched its appearance, and I could barely manage a few bites. The main course, turkey ballotines, arrived lukewarm and was cold by the time I finished. The potato rostis were burnt, and the Christmas pudding was served cold, incredibly dense, and dry, with some shavings that didn’t help at all. The mince pie and cappuccino at the end were the only redeeming aspects, but I was eager to leave.
