I was very wary of buying from this company as their prices were so low compared to everywhere else in the UK. I ordered the OMDE M10 Mkiv two lens kit. Eight days later it was delivered. The equipment was all brand new and boxed correctly. Cotswold Cameras offer a 3 year guarantee which is of course, great. However, what I have found is this. I registered on the Olympus website, and was able to register the camera and both lenses with Olympus (using the camera and lenses serial numbers) without any issues at all. Olympus offer a 2 year guarantee, and then when you register, this guarantee is extended by six months. So, I saved myself hundreds of pounds by buying from Cotswold and now have the gear, a 2 and a half year guarantee with Olympus UK, and this is backed up by a 3 year guarantee with Cotswold Cameras!
I will definitely buy from them again.
