I will not be using this service again. I didn’t receive a voucher I ordered online, and the courier had no proof of delivery, making it nearly impossible to get a refund. The representatives I spoke with via email and phone were polite and helpful, but they aren't responsible for the outdated policies of this company. Definitely not customer-focused.
