The service I received was excellent! I saw the insta page, and messaged them to tell them I was looking for a very specific sofa. It only took them like a month and they found it! From showing me the sofa to delivery took 3 days. Very friendly, professional and attentive communication throughout the entire process, with changes communicated clearly. Delivery was very swift and the sofa was put together within 15 minutes. They even came before I started work! We LOVE our sofa, very comfy, clean and smells lovely too! Would definitely recommend using “Couch Chillin Lounge Livin” if you want a very affordable and good quality sofa!
