App not the most accessible for a new user, help chat bot useless, emails to the help section much more effective and efficient. New account set up quickly, card sent promptly. Had problems with my clients’ banks not recognising it as verifiable account but my client persisted until their payment went through. Still exploring the app and yet to upload a logo or set up Stripe payment. Will stick with it for a few weeks to see how things progress.
