Shipping costs are ridiculous. Then i get an email to say it’s being delivered but it hasn’t. It’s just been picked up by/sent to the trucking service (as if country floors job is over???) then I get an email from a delivery coordinator (Sophia) who asks if I’ve had a good experience. I haven’t even received the tile yet! She gives me the trucking company’s info so I can schedule the delivery. They came yesterday as scheduled, but the driver didn’t answer my call when I returned her call. I left a message and sent a text asking for a confirmation that the tile was delivered. My contact on site said there’s nothing delivered... still. I get delayed and vague responses when I get them. This is a TERRIBLE experience. I will never order from your company again.
