This is a follow-up to a previous review, which covered my visit to Country Food Sales in Trafford, near Manchester United. During my visit, I collected three items I had ordered online. It was my first purchase from this butcher.The three items I bought (oxtail, lamb shanks and lamb chops) were succulent and of the highest quality. I have no hesitation in recommending them for the quality of their products.
