Calls “boss” & hands me phone. “Boss” has attitude & I cancel. Mover leaves but comes back 5 minutes later with new offer of “only” $1500 higher. Boss still has attitude & comes down $200 more with worse attitude. Not even partial refund on day of move. Afraid they would’ve delivered late or some other nonsense. Definite red flags throughout. Do not book as their estimate beats everyone else until your moving day when they raise total to be same or more as other more reputable companies.
