I signed up because their policy clearly states that 100% of customer tips go directly to the drivers. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Over multiple pay periods, I noticed that my tip amounts didn’t match what customers told me they left in the app. When I brought this up, I was told the company partners with another service for payment processing, and that there were “technical issues.”What’s frustrating is that these “technical issues” seem to happen randomly — payments just stop without warning. When drivers reach out for clarification, we’re told the missing tips will be paid the following month. In my case, that hasn’t consistently happened, and there’s little transparency or clear communication about what’s going on.This company is a complete SCAM. After deciding to stop working with them, I specifically requested that my driver profile be permanently deleted. I was clearly told that my account had been removed from their system. However, even after receiving that confirmation, I continued to get emails, notifications, and other communications from them.
