I signed up through what appeared to be a simple car finance claim form, but shortly after decided to go with another firm. When I tried to cancel, I was informed that the 14-day cooling-off period had already expired and that I may now be liable for charges, despite very limited (if any) visible work being carried out.
The process felt unclear and rushed, and I don’t recall being made fully aware of the implications of signing the agreement at the time.
If you’re considering using this company, I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing all terms before submitting your details, as cancelling afterwards may not be straightforward.
Overall, not a great experience.
