The service was inadequate, with little effort made to listen to my concerns. I was passed between multiple representatives, none of whom took action. I was offered a minimal compensation for years of issues, which I found unacceptable. I chose to reject the settlement as I wanted nothing to do with it, but they took a portion regardless. I would not recommend this service to anyone; I regret seeking their help. They promised much but delivered little. Avoid this representative if possible.
