I had previously sent numerous orders to the company without any problems, totaling over 200 graded cards valued in the thousands. For more than two years, I trusted them completely. However, my first issue arose when I sent a package of cards in February 2025. I was informed that minting was paused due to their relocation. I contacted the support team, and they assured me my package would be redirected to the new site and minted to my account. After waiting for over four months, I discovered that my cards had been minted to a different account. I reached out multiple times over the following months, highlighting that the cards were minted elsewhere, with all evidence visible on the blockchain. They refuse to take responsibility or acknowledge any errors. Now, in December, my messages are ignored, and they insist the cards were minted to my account when they clearly were not. I feel deceived, especially considering this is akin to a gambling platform. Despite providing my order receipt, I am left out $150 as my cards were given to another account. It's frustrating, and I'm relieved it wasn't a larger order.
