I have cover for several of my home appliances. I have made my first claim this week, my gas boiler has broken down. 48 hours later I still have no heating or hot water. I’ve been told that the engineer can come next Monday. That will be 1 week without hot water and heating. I am very disappointed in the delivery of service. Once this repair has been completed I will cancel my cover.
