It wasn’t Cover4less their customer service was brilliant I would give them 5 stars I can’t though because of the unacceptable wait time for the Indesit engineer two weeks for the call out to check what’s wrong, which only took 5 minutes then another two weeks for the engineer to come back and fix the problem? Considering that this washing is used by a bed bound cancer patient, 4WEEKS without a washing machine isn’t acceptable.Once it’s fixed meant to be fully working it’s now leaking water.
