It is relatively easy to fulfill a standard order. To me, that is not the mark of an excellent company. The mark of an excellent company is how they deal with problems. Are they moral? Are they respectful? Covercraft is both. They made a mistake on my order, but they took the time to communicate the mistake, correct it, and compensate me for the inconvenience. Their craftsmanship is miles above average, so I wasn't worried about whether or not my product would be up to spec. What I am worried about is what every consumer is worried about - what happens when things go wrong. Covercraft answered that question with class, communication, and integrity. You will have a very hard time finding better.
