I purchased a policy for a trip and wanted to extend it while away. Unfortunately, there was no online option to do so, and I couldn't call as I was abroad without airtime. The service was also closed on Sundays. When a family member called on Monday, the policy had expired, and they refused to extend it. To make things worse, the representative hung up on me. I will not use this service again.
