I purchased a policy for a trip and wanted to extend it while abroad. Unfortunately, there was no online option for extension, and I couldn't call due to lack of airtime. The service was closed on Sundays. When a family member finally called on Monday, the policy had expired, and they refused to extend it. To make matters worse, the representative hung up on me. I will not be using this service again.
