I thought I ordered pants and a shirt but I received two shirts. When I went back to the site and order form the second item said it was pants in the words, but then a shirt was pictured. I figured they just made a mistake with the images on the site. When I asked to exchange they would not and doubled down that I had ordered a shirt even though the site was clearly confusing. When I asked to return they said it would be too expensive, that I should just give the order to a friend as a gift and they'd offer me 20% off my next order. I told them I'd never order from them again so the 20% wouldn't do me any good. Then they offered to return 10% of my order. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation that started with mislabeling on their site. I'm not taking it up with my credit card.The only positive thing is that their customer service was quick to respond.
