Poor customer service- slow and soooo unclear. Website doesn’t tell you what’s in/ out of stock.Paid for express shipping but no idea as to when it’s arriving. Asked for update - got an email (eventually) saying some items are out of stock but never told me which ones.Have asked several times for clarification but nothing. Told them I need to cancel any orders not in stock - still no clear answer. It’s like they don’t read my replies or question just email with updates that have no relevance as there are no clear delivery dates, nor what is being shipped or what is not available. Can’t comment on the actual items yet…
