My order was on its way to me for about 2 months, and instead of the nice-looking, stylish items made of natural materials (linen, cotton), I received two pieces made entirely of synthetic fabric that feels and looks like plastic, completely different from what they advertise on their website. When I reached out for a return & refund, they offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase and a 10% refund. I paid $70 for two items that, in fact, have a total value of no more than $1, and customer service considers this just "an inconvenience," offering me $7 in compensation
