For whatever reason it is an absolute nightmare trying to find a genuine replacement laptop charger. After trawling through dozens of ropey looking sites I found these folks online. The model I ordered was out of stock, but they got in touch quickly to recommend me a slightly different model, and double checked with me to ensure it would be compatible with my laptop. As their suggestion was slightly cheaper they immediately refunded me the difference. It arrived first thing the next morning despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, works perfectly, and is definitely the genuine article. Can't beat that for customer service!
