I needed to get a charger for a Lenovo Thinkpad and wanted a genuine version rather than a compatible. When the item arrived it had an end that wasn't as expected. I contacted Coywood Computers who replied immediately with some guidance. When my laptop model wouldn't work with the fast charge option, Coywood Computers replied advising the alternative connector would be sent out. I received it the next day and it works perfectly. I really appreciate that I can return the original cable USB-C cable end and they didn't need that back before releasing the alternative cable. The service from Coywood Computers is fantastic and I just wish more companies would demonstrate the same commitment to customer service. Couldn't recommend this company more. Thank you!
