I would just like to say how impressed I have been with this company, after ordering a charger for a friends laptop and not realizing that there was some damage to the charging port I ended up thinking it was the wrong type and Coywood computers promptly exchanged it for another which would not suit either because of the damage (the first one was correct by the way) and after sending a picture of the port itself Coywood computers immediately identified the problem, I then somewhat embarrassed at this point returned the second charger in exchange for the first and informed Coywood computers to which they replied no problem, I am totally impressed at the patience and helpfulness of this company and how they went above and beyond in order to help me resolve my problem.
