I have a Dell laptop and the charger failed, I tried all the usual things but when I unplugged it and reconnected I got a large flash and then nothing. this was late Thursday afternoon, I searched online and found the exact replacement but with the wrong end, I contacted Coywood they supplied me with the right power supply, paying the extra for postage was worthwhile as the replacement arrived on Saturday via DHL.
