I ordered a charger with the next day delivery option for extra costs. The item did not arrive the following day, which was not I signed up for, and when it finally arrived at the service point, the courier (DHL) did not provide a pick up code which was required to collect the item.I paid extra for fast delivery and now I AM LEFT WITHOUT THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR.Coywood may wish to review their supplier requirements.Note to Coywood: The contract was to provide the item on the next day delivery service. Even if we take the snow into consideration, snow cannot be the reason for not providing a code, and not providing a code resulted in an undue delay. At this point (16/12/2022), the code was not provided and I am not sure if I ever get the item.
