⚠️ Caution for buyers – my experience with this service ⚠️ I strongly advise against purchasing shapewear and bras from this seller. Upon opening my package, it was clear the bra was far too small. I requested an exchange but was met with refusal. Their customer service is abysmal—calls go unanswered, voicemails are useless, and emails receive no replies. I got no meaningful response at all. The quality is also very disappointing for the price I paid. Sharing this to help others make informed decisions.

Received my order, very disappointed

I just received my order and immediately noticed it was way too small (I ordered an XXL). I didn't try it on but compared it to a similar item from another seller. It was clearly smaller. The quality is also disappointing, not at all as advertised. What a waste of money!

Delighted with my Cozie bras!

I found my Cozie bras through a Facebook ad and had no expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! The bras are incredibly comfortable, true to size, and have a luxurious silky feel. They took a bit longer to arrive due to the holiday season, but I've been wearing them constantly and have just placed my second order. I don't want to switch to anything else now!

Poor communication and quality

I ordered with a promise of delivery within 7-10 days. There was no communication regarding my order, and only after I reached out did I receive a vague response. Upon receiving my bras, the sizing listed on the website was misleading. I wear a 36C, yet these bras wouldn't fit a small B cup. The inserts are standard and not as advertised. I suspect they source these from low-cost suppliers and resell them. I've reached out about my dissatisfaction; let's see if they respond.

Do not waste your money
