On Sunday 16 November I placed my order. Tuesday 18 November my parcel has been shipped. I have been updated everyday of where my parcel was. Friday 21 November I received my parcel as promised. Very happy with sufficient services. Very happy with my bra's that I ordered. True as advertised. Thank you Cozies for my parcel.
I must say, although I did not receive any updates on requests while waiting for my delivery, I am super happy with the product. The anti-shafing cooling shorts are awesome! And the product does what they say. Very impressed, will order the specific item again.
SCAM ALERT:Please be aware that these products are nothing like what’s being advertised and modelled.The only reason I ordered this product was because they stated that they were in Cape Town so I assumed they were legitimate. (I live in Cape Town)I ordered, paid and received my parcel in good time. BUT ….the sizing is completely off and not even close to their sizing chart. Also the bra’s are very synthetic and certainly don’t do what they claim to do!Cozie claim to have a warehouse in Cape Town and I’ve emailed their customer support 4 times, suggesting that I go to their premises and exchange the bras for sizes that fit. Nothing…no response…radio silence!! Their website states a “no refund policy” which I’m almost sure is not in line with our SA Consumer Protection Act. I’m slowly coming to the realization that I’ve been scammed.
