Contacted customer service numerous times via email and left 2 voicemails in returning the 2 tier cat house due to damaged, missing parts and no self tapped holes. I yet to receive a response. But received this survey. Unreal and very disappointed all the way around. They then sent me a 2nd house and keeping the first to make everything right. I appreciate all their efforts even offering to reimburse 1/2 price of the unit. After they learned the 2nd one had lots of flaws. Nonetheless, dont have the time to keep back tracking on an order nor revamping this review at their request. I stand by my honesty to help others. After restructuring the unit our strays love it. This company will try and make good on their product.
