I ordered a dog bed and never received it, took my money and their responses are one in a hundred emails and tried chats!!! Couldn’t get a tracking number and their response was obviously a generic one as I see it repeatedly in other reviews. Charged my credit card, couldn’t come up with a tracking number and never sent me my order!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM COZY COVE THEY ARE A SCAM LIKE I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE!!!
