Ordered 2 large items on the 26th Nov and its now 20th Dec. I have asked more than 6 times for a tracking number, they replied once after i said i was going to cancel the payment and that was to say "I have sent an urgent message to our processing team because the shipping carrier picked up the package from us and gave us the tracking details.We will send you an update as soon as we get an update from the processing team regarding the tracking number."Have asked again but still no reply, so going to cancel my CC payment.Customer service does not exist and i have a feeling this is yet another scam.cozycoveshop.com <----AVOID
