As a first time customer, I just discovered their ridiculous return policy, 11% even on clothing items!!! As a regular online shopper, I have not encountered any company who does that. How do they expect people to purchase clothing from them online? I will never purchase from them again and neither will I purchase any bedding no matter how nice they are because their customer service is absolutely not customer friendly.
