The company's website is quite frustrating, offering very limited options for online returns. The pants I ordered did not fit properly and weren't among their return options. When I tried the chat feature, the bot directed me back to the website, and the representative informed me about a restocking fee for returns. It’s baffling that an online clothing retailer would do this. I also called for assistance after failing online and via chat, only to be told to return online. It's disappointing, and no one could waive the restocking fee.
