I love their sheets; they are great, and I would be a big fan, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. It's hard to get in touch with anyone. I returned part of my order, which they confirmed receiving via UPS tracking, but I can't reach anyone to process my refund. The chat feature seems non-functional, and calling just leads to long hold times. When I finally reached someone, they mentioned the warehouse team hadn't had time to inspect my return yet. I asked how long for a refund, but they couldn’t provide an answer. Additionally, their price adjustment policy is misleading. I called to see if I could get a price adjustment for sheets that went on sale within the 30-day period, but they claimed their systems were down. This feels like a scam, and the quality isn’t worth the hassle.
