Customer service is lacking. They would not honor a spoken ad; they just 'assumed' *I* was mistaken in what I heard. I contacted them immediately upon receipt Sent on May 6th when my order arrived:HUGELY disappointed. You have GOT to be kidding with your prices. Silly me, I BELIEVED the crew on Phil Robertson's podcast. I should have KNOWN not to trust Zach or ANYTHING he recommends/LETS SPONSOR the podcast. MY understanding was not only would we get 40% off but ALSO buy one, get one free. So my 'assumption' was I'd get 2 prs of the capris ~ which made them $46 apiece which was reasonable. ONE PAIR for $92 & change is ABSURD. As I say, MY OWN FAULT, but word DOES get around & that's absolutely a ripoff for their audience. Their audience is not in 'their' income bracket 'now'; I am DISGUSTED. No more business from me or likely anybody I know. BUYER BEWARE.The capris ARE comfortable/full length on me. IF they'd had a cs rep who cared about customers - at $46 each they would have had a customer for life, but as it is BUYER BEWARE.-----May 16th. Updated my review to 4 stars from 2. A gentleman from Cozy Earth reached out by phone to discuss things in more detail. Customer *service* meant something to him & I was very impressed with his attitude. I very much appreciated the call & being listened to as a customer.
