DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a robe from them that SHRANK. I measured myself carefully and picked the best size according to their size chart. When the robe arrived, I tried it on and it fit beautifully. I immediately washed it according to their care instructions. Washed in tepid water and tumble dried on low. I put it on after the wash, and it SHRANK significantly. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to make a warranty claim. I made a warranty claim. They asked for a photo of the robe with a tape measure to measure the sleeves. The sleeves are supposed to be 32 inches long, and the photo I sent showed the sleeves to be just over 27 inches. The next day they tell me that my warranty claim is denied. Why ask for proof that it shrank, and then deny me after I show proof??The garment shrank after following the care instructions listed on the site! I now have to PAY to send this back?? This isn't my fault.
