They tout these great sheets and product quality, but they don't stand behind that at all. You have 30 days and then you are stuck with crappy low quality sheets for over $200. I've read about pilling within a couple of washes, and I haven't even gotten there yet. The fitted sheet will not lay flat on mattress and in the morning is all bunched up around you (mind you, I'm single). The quality is garbage! Sure, they're soft, but the material is low quality and thin, the stitching is worse than $40 sheets I've seen. It's a racket! The top sheet will not stay straight on the bed, every morning, from under a blanket, it was on one side or the other while the blanket was still in place. Every morning, my pillowcase seams were flipped to the middle of the pillow. I hate them and feel ripped off since they don't back their product at all! They give you 30 days and then offered me a credit. I'm very disappointed.
