I've never had such a terrible shipping experience with a company. I really liked the first set of PJs I ordered from them and decided to order another pair for myself and also for my husband. After more than two weeks, I received a package with the wrong contents - from a different brand meant for a man in Ohio. I am a woman living in California. I contacted customer service and they said they needed more proof to investigate before issuing a refund. They blamed it on USPS fulfillment but what kind of premium DTC brand uses USPS for shipping? They also refused to issue a full refund for the "Package Protection" even though I never even got my package. I will never order from them again even though I really liked their products. My order was over $350, I would expect that they used a little bit of better fulfillment than the slowest possible US postal service!
