Great products. Sheets are the best, shirts very soft and comfortable. I’ve gotten the comforters, blankets, etc.However! Customer service is terrible. I’ve now had 2 problems in the past week: i was going to order some things, but every time i put it in the cart, the price was different. I emailed and was told to send screen shots, which i did. Still wasn’t enough and after 6 back and forth emails, i just gave up.Then, there is supposed to be a 5 year warranty against pilling. Went to the warranty site, put in all the info, and pressed Submit- said ther was an “error”One last thing is that they are always running out of supply. I’d say right now 80% is “out of stock”.
