My mother in law ordered pajamas for me for Christmas weeks in advance and they never arrived. She called the company multiple times and their response was she could buy another pair or still wait for the original pair to arrive. Apparently, they use the slowest and cheapest shipping methods and the package goes to multiple cities and transfers that take forever which also means it’s easier for your package to get lost. My pajamas never left a facility guess somebody wanted them. My mother in law called again when she contacted USPS and they could see that the package never left one of their facilities weeks ago. They finally offered to send out another pair. Will see how long or if those ever arrive. Don’t recommend ordering from them.
