I ordered pillow cases from Cozy Earth on Dec 14. They charged me on Dec 15. On Dec 26 I contacted them and asked when my order was going to ship. They assured me that they were working hard to process my order. After 3 e-mails from me that day they advised me that my product was on back order and they would check and let me know when the product would be back in stock. I just heard back from them and they said the product would be available the first week of Jan. It took 16 days to get that info yet they have had my payment for 15 days! That is a complete lack of customer service. If the rating system allowed me to give them 0 stars I would have. They certainly get 5 stars for the speed with which they processed my payment!
