Just terrible customer service and communication—ordered a duvet for a Christmas gift, told confirmed and shipment information, credit card charged. Never received and called the day before Christmas and told ordered color (walnut) back ordered and “no idea” when available—really??? Never communicated that earlier, never offered to select a different color and just got an “oh sorry” and offer to credit my account.
